Thank you for considering booking with Hair by T.Anngee! To make the booking and the appointment process go as smooth as possible, I have some rules and regulations. Please read them below!! If you have any additional questions after reading the rules below, feel free to reach out to me 619-875-7905 1. All new clients are REQUIRED to book new client services. If you haven’t been to the salon in over a year, you are considered a new client and need to book new client services. Remember all appointments come in as a request, if the incorrect service is booked, the appointment request will be denied and the deposit will be refunded. 2. After requesting your appointment, if there is a form that needs to be filled out, please do so asap. The appointment will not be approved until then. All requests last for a total of 48 hours. 3. All Trichology appointments will require a consultation first. 4. Please come to the salon ready to be shampooed. Hair free of any styles and detangled. If hair is tangled, it’ll be an extra $30 charge. If Detangling goes past 30 minutes, I may have to cancel the appointment. 5. All services by Hair by T.Anngee are for women ages 16 years old and up 6. Please no extra guests! Small children included. My suite is a small intimate space. I want the appointment to go as smooth as possible. 7. Deposits are required when booking. If you cancel your appointment 2 days before the scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. It will serve as a cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel anytime before then, the deposit will be refunded back to the card it was paid on. 8. You can pay the appointment balance with the card on file or cash 9. All sales are FINAL✨💜

Cancellation Policy

Since all appointments require deposits, if you cancel your appointment less than 2 days of the schedule appointment, your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment anytime prior, the deposit will be refunded to the card on file
