At Hair by T.Anngee, my hair goal is healthy hair care. I have a system that helps me as a service provider, and my clients. Please read the policies below. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out! 💜 1. All services are for women ages 16 and up 2. All new clients are REQUIRED to book new client services. If you haven’t been to the salon in over 6 months, you are considered a new client and need to book new client services. Remember all appointments come in as a request, if the incorrect service is booked, the appointment request will be denied and the deposit will be refunded 3. After requesting your appointment, if there is a form that needs to be filled out, please do so asap. The appointment will not be approved until then. All requests last for a total of 48 hours. 4. All Trichology appointments will require a consultation first. 5. Please come to the salon ready to be shampooed. Hair free of any styles and detangled. If hair is tangled, it’ll be an extra $50 charge. If Detangling goes past 30 minutes, I may have to cancel the appointment 6. Please no extra guests! Small children included. My suite is a small intimate space. I want the appointment to go as smooth as possible 7. My books are open one month in advance to the date. For example, if today is May 1st you’ll see openings up to June 1st. So availability opens daily. Also, I work Tuesday’s-Friday’s. 8. All remaining balances can be paid with the card on file or cash 9. All payments are FINAL✨💜Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are 25% of service cost. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours, the deposit will retained as a cancellation fee. If the appointment is canceled more than 48 hours, the deposit will be fully refunded to the card on file. Also, clients are allowed to reschedule using the original deposit one time. Any additional reschedules will forfeit the original deposit.
